Welcome to the Vietnam Veteran's of America, Inc.,  Chapter 500's Veteran's Benefit Fund.  This fund was developed by the Board of Directors and members of Chapter 500 , Sacramento, to Lend a Helping Hand to Fellow Veterans of all Wars,  in times of need, to help find the best resources available through Federal, State County agencies as well as local Public companies to help alleviate their situation.

In the past, Chapter 500 had the pleasure to be instrumental in helping a 100% disabled veteran and his family of 6, that had fallen upon hard financial times, just before the Thanksgiving holidays 2014.

This family was on the verge of having their utilities turned off and with no hopes of any type of ideal Thanksgiving Holiday'.

Members of Chapter 500 banded together to collect donations in both money and food, to keep the lights burning, provide a very traditional Thanksgiving Holiday Dinner, and some much needed Clothing for this Veteran and his family.

Chapter 500 is dedicated to our motto "Never Again Will One Generation of Veterans Abandon Another"

If you would like to be part of Chapter 500's continuing efforts, and would like to make a donation, you may do so using our PayPal account on our home page,

or by check made payable to ( V V A-500 ), send it to our current mailing address below.  Just indicate donations are for the Veterans Benefit Fund.
